After years of high success rates, we now guarantee that you will pass the Real Estate Trading Services Licensing Course with our real estate agent training. If you aren’t successful after taking our course, we offer a year’s worth of classes until you have the confidence and knowledge to successfully pass the Real Estate Licensing Exam or Mortgage Broker Exam.
How to Get Your BC Real Estate License in British Columbia
You must first register for the UBC Real Estate Trading Services Licensing Course. The course is offered by the UBC Sauder School of Business.
The real estate license course is self paced and allows students to register and begin the course at any time as well as work at their own pace. Once you are registered, you will receive a package which includes UBC “Blue books” and 20 assignments.
All Sauder assignments need to be completed before you register for the exam. You can only submit 2 assignments per week, so you will have a minimum 10-week wait time before you can write the exam. All students must complete the real estate course assignments within one year of registration or they’ll face mandatory suspension.
Once you have finished the real estate course and are prepared to write the final examination you must complete the Real Estate Exam with a score of 65% or better to pass.
